Step 4: The patient has to finalize the plan and intimate us.
Step 5: Pre-Travel Information- Email us the date, time and also the flight no. through which we can arrange a pick up from the airport & also make other arrangements.
Step 6: To make your visit peaceful and comfortable please carry following documents.✓ 5 passport size photos.(of patient & the person accompanying)
✓ Letter from the hospital showing purpose of visit.
✓ All previous medical reports & record of treatments received before.
✓ 5 sets of passport photocopies (the first page which consists of personal details & visa page)
